User Password Reset

To do so:

• Go to Maintain – Users (found on the left-hand navigation bar in Eight)
• Scroll down the list till you find the User you are looking for, and click on their user name in blue
• In the upper right corner of the Edit User Record screen you will see their current password.
• You can change it if needed, then scroll to the bottom and click Update to save the change.
• Or hit Cancel at the bottom if not changes are required.
